Level 2 : Fillers
Responsibility : Fill sites for both the Supreme and Public Lists
Assist taggers in the evaluation of sites and thier use
As well as assist crackers in pub-play

CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE REACHED THE HIGHEST LEVEL
The closest most will get to being a true warez God
The supplier of goodz
The most rewarding part of the scene to me
But...as fillers you have a huge responsibility, and for a number of reasons
You have access to the warez and you are special in some peoples eyes
you are also the only people with access to the wingates list
which makes you special in *my* eyes haha
this means you should know how to do everything
I will expect to see you teaching the newer people
Some people may be paranoid about uploading test files to check permissions
Offer to try the Xfer for them, you can get a better idea of fillability
and possibly get a site to fill right away
I urge you to keep at least 1 Flash Client avaiable for this purpose
I will be making sure that people in pub-play know you are expected to help with that task
Do your best to make sure that sites being swapped can go directly from the crack list to the tag list
This will make it faster for us to be able to fill them
Also if it becomes necessary, you may have to tag pubs yourselves
I hope it dosent get to this point but if it does....deal with it please
You have access to 2 extra commands
-wlist Wingates List
-dumps Dumps List
These are your 2 most vital and secretive resources
Do not share them with anyone outside of level 2
As people work thier way up they will be granted the same priviledges
NOTE: Dumps are NOT your personal download facilities
Make sure you fill a pub with the goods and download it from there
You can do this while filling the pub if you use multiple clients
it will be just as fast for you to get it for yourself
If you are moving stuff to speedy pubs maybe even faster than using the dump

Mass Filling
It is possible to move more than 1 file at a time using multiple clients and wingates
I seldom Queue an entire archive, I move files 1 at a time
Use the option in Flash so the taskbar button flashes when an Xfer is complete
that way you can keep working in other areas while you fill
As files finish simply pick the next file and transfer it
Using the mass fill method is how to get over slow wingate speeds
using 4 wingates at 20kb each for example, would give you 80kb total
thats a good filling speed for *any* fxper

Once your pubby is done -comment with your contents and -swap2good
You can do this from #pc-fxp but will need to go into #pc-bleh to verify it was swapped

Helping in pub-play
I would like to see fillers hang out in pub-play
you guys are at the top level and should know how everything works
Teach the new people as much as you can about perms and getting the comments right
before they -eswap sites from the cracklist
We hope to get to where we dont have an elist
I want to see sites going straight from pub-play straight to the taglist
If this happens you should be in fxp heaven
